BSC commentary: how do you feel about swearing?

This sounds very stupid I know, but bare with me.

I'm right now trying to gage whether or not I should let my character's, both the PC (whomever you named them) and the NPCs curse.

It does sound like I'm sweating small shit, but now that I have about 40 hits a day thanks to free advertising money from Google I'm wondering how the topic makes you feel.  I mean, I'm not a puritan (go read Life on the Flash Lane for prove of that) what I'm wondering is if this continum is fit for swearing, or if characters should show some restraint.
